Time Management and Prioritizing

Marion ran a business selling products health and well-being products.  She had just left corporate America to pursue her dream. However, what she found was that in corporate America there was more of a division of labor and that here she had to do it all herself. She was frustrated and not focused.  She moved from one good idea to another, but her growth was slow and difficult.

We concentrated on an action plan, a shift in Marion’s thinking, and building an accountability strategy to keep her on target with his goals. We also set up a system to have Marion prioritize tasks and manage her time.

Marion was able to organize her time between marketing, business development, and service delivery. Sales exploded and Marion’s business took off.  She built a six-figure business in less than a year and was working from home.
